January 22,2016,China Internet Network Information Center released the "37th China Internet Development Statistics Report",as of December 2015,the size of Chinese Internet users reached 688 million,a total of 39.51 million new Internet users.The widespread adoption of the Internet is the fundamental reason for the positive transformation of the cultural industry.With the development of the economy,the satisfaction of material life is not the standard of measuring the richness of modern life.In the spiritual level,especially the entertainment products become the new profit fulcrum,The cultural industry to rely on Internet technology update development is the trend.As an important part of the cultural industry,the audio-visual industry in this era began to carry out the transformation and development,but in recent years,the rapid development of the network audio-visual industry in the copyright dispute has become a problem that can not be ignored.Into the Internet era,the audio-visual industry shows a completely different with the traditional audio-visual industry.The way of its production and replication changes,greatly improving the efficiency of the spread,reduce the cost of transmission,low input and high return on the form of output contributed to the rampant piracy,Many of the network platform on the information of the indiscriminate presentation,but also makes the copyright owner's rights are affected.With the support of the network technology,the cost of copying and embezzling products is greatly reduced,and the infringement of copyright is intensified.In this paper,through the collection and screening of copyright disputes involving litigation between 2003 and 2016,130 representative cases were selected to establish a sample bank,and on this basis,the industrial development of copyright disputes in China's network audio-visual industry Reason for analysis.On the basis of the sample database,this paper will set up four different indexes to analyze the copyright disputes,namely,the study of copyright dispute subject matter,the study of copyright dispute subject,copyright dispute demands,copyright Research on Judicial Process of Dispute.The third part of the paper will be based on the analysis of the sample database,from the continuous improvement of policies and regulations,industrial development and the world audio-visual industry on the impact of China's copyright industry in three aspects of China'sInternet audio-visual industry copyright disputes,Throughout the paper,we can see that with the improvement of policies and related laws and regulations,people's rights activists have been encouraged,and the number of copyright disputes has been increased.With the development of audio-visual industry,the network audio-visual industry has diversified,The new production methods and communication technology caused the complexity of copyright disputes,while the concept and practice inherited from the traditional media era also affect the modern copyright,copyright disputes are constantly changing;China's copyright disputes by the world audio-visual industry,With a more international and diversified appearance.
