With the advent of the Internet era,the modern development of the relatively perfect copyright system has encountered a new test.Especially in the field of Internet audio-visual industry,copyright disputes have always been a topic that is inseparable.In the past,the development of audio-visual industry was limited by the carrier of printing,picture tube technology and semiconductor technology.The transmission of these carriers,service providers are relatively fixed,and it is relatively easy to deal with copyright disputes.The original power of copyright under printing technology is replicating.It needs to control the problem of the ownership of the right of reproduction.After the electronic technology,the picture tube technology,the problem of copyright correction,can be from radio,television stations and other communication platforms.Under these technical patterns,copyright protection is in a point and a platform,and it is relatively easy to deal with copyright disputes.Under the Internet technology,it is not.As an open network,the Internet has extended the past human cognition from the point and surface to the global cognition.It is based on the characteristics of the randomness,autonomy and anonymity of the Internet communication,and the copyright protection under the network conditions is more difficult than the former.Audiovisual industry is the most critical part of the Internet development.How to make reasonable regulations to restrict copyright disputes in the Internet audio-visual industry under the network condition has become a new urgent problem.In this paper,the copyright dispute and its regulation in the Internet audio-visual industry are the research subjects.By analyzing the samples of more than 1000 related cases in the referee's 14 years in 2003-2017,we try to build a time spectrum of copyright disputes.Through the division of the interval,the 14 year case study is divided into three stages.They are the first stage of-2007 in 2003,the second stage of-2012 in 2008,and the third stage of2013-2017.The first phase,the second part of the paper,mainly analyzes the status of copyright disputes in the field of Internet audio-visual industry in the 4 years of 2003-2007.Through the study,it is found that the Internet audio-visual industry in China is in a starting stage.Theprovisions of legislation related to regulation are less,and the citizens' own awareness of copyright is also weak.The second stage is the third part of the paper.The research on this stage is based on the copyright disputes and regulations in the Internet audio-visual industry in 2008-2012.At this stage,China's copyright law has been amended two times at the same time,some problems exposed in the previous stage of promoting the legislative process of the field of Internet audio-visual industry,this stage of our citizens rights consciousness,to safeguard their own interests to take copyright rights means the case increased significantly.The third stage is the fourth part of the paper,which focuses on the last few years and2013-2017 years.With the continuous development of technology,the emergence of various new technologies in this stage has impact on the existing copyright protection framework in the field of video and audio-visual industry.At the same time,the integration of large audiovisual service providers also facilitates the responsibility for copyright protection.Through the three stages of the Internet audio-visual industry in the field of copyright disputes and its regulatory system related research,it leads to the conclusion of the fifth parts.The fifth part of the paper briefly summarizes the reasons for frequent copyright disputes in China's online audio-visual industry,and puts forward suggestions for future copyright issues in the Internet audio-visual industry.
