A Study On The Application Of Electronic Service In Civil Action

In 2012,with the promulgation and implementation of the new "civil procedural law",the electronic service was officially accepted in a clear text form by the administration.Since then,electronic service also gradually raised extensive attention from the whole society.In the present contradiction between understaffed courts and sharply-increasing lawsuits,electronic service undoubtedly has improved the efficiency of the court,lightened the burden on the court officials and brought great convenience to the related parties.In this paper,Nanning as the research object,an investigation and a study are made,based on the sampling survey on the applying situation of electronic service of several grass-root-level courts in Nanning,to find out the existing problems.Combining that with the status quo and experience,some simple solutions are raised.This paper is divided into five parts:Introduction,Chapter One to Chapter Three,and Conclusion at the end.The Introduction states the subject of the full text,as the outline of the article opening the statement below.The first chapter is an overview of the chapters,this paper discusses the definition of electronic service,characteristics and the necessity of promoting electronic service,side manifests the article studies the meaning,put forward the foreshadowing for below problem.The second chapter analysis the status quo of electronic service promotion applicable,based on the reality and combined with outside,found that the problem existed in the work of electronic service available the plight of summary analysis,find out electronic service promotion for the crux of the problem.The third chapter is according to the plight of the electronic delivery of put forward the corresponding solutions,from system,technology,arouse the enthusiasm of court to carry out the electronic service and electronic delivery of credibility to improve exploration on the four aspects discussed.The end of the text is to summarize the above and state the prospect of the electronic delivery mode.
