The arrival of globalization has made frequent exchanges between countries,and the phenomenon of international mobility has become increasingly frequent.It is difficult to avoid the frequent occurrence of conflicts of nationality,especially in the focus of dual nationality has aroused great concern.Many countries that have not previously recognized dual nationality have begun to liberalize their dual nationality in an express or implied manner,or adopt conditional adoption of the problem.China's current practice is a single nationality system,the citizens of the dual nationality against the attitude,this provision has been difficult to adapt to the new international environment in China's dual nationality issues facing.Through the research and reflection on the current situation of our country's nationality system legislation,I find the shortcomings of the current single nationality system design in our country,and through the research and comparison of the nationality system of each country,we can draw the place where our country can learn and learn.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of our country's single nationality system,puts forward the feasible measures of the reform of the single nationality system in our country,suggests that our country can implement the dual nationality in a limited scope,relax the conditions of obtaining the green card,implement the permanent right of abode,construct the "overseas citizenship card"System,take the default of dual nationality.
