Studies Of The Question For Nationality Conflict In Law

In the "Nationality Law of P.R.China " formulated in 1980 to solve the problem of the conflict nationality,China does not confirm the dual nationality.But with the deepening of the open-door policy and the frequent Sino-foreign contact ,There are more and more people with of the dual nationality because of foreign marriage, overseas study, relative visiting, employment,emmigration and births home and abroad. Globalization today and the free movement inevitably makes the dual nationality.As time goes by,the original idea and theory of nationality does not meet the need of the new situation and international environment.Only when the Chinese government revises the laws and regulations of nationality policy according to the principle of sovereignty,equality,flexibility and gradual advance,and conditionally confirms the dual nationality can it be possible create the situation of dual benefit between individuals and the country,and China and foreign countries.
