On Management And Control Of Large-scale Square Event

Recently years, as the domestic large-scale activities held, the stampede occurred frequently,and personnel group evacuation problem has a great influence on society which has drawn great attention of all related departments. Based on the square a gathering place staff mental and physical behaviors, through analysis of the personnel response and the characteristics of large-scale activities, phased study square large events.First, based on overview of major events and analyzed the basic characteristics of the large-scale activities stampedes, and through the comparison of each analysis model, this paper chose the microscopic model that the social force model, travel companion of human has been considered when analysis, this paper deals with the correction of the social force model, joined the changing appeal force of friends, when analyze large activities in the square with the micro angle, according to the change of the psychological and physical forces in different stages of the activity,it can be divided into three stages to research. Secondly,through case analysis, illustrates the related cases that the large-scale activities both domestic and overseas, combined theory analysis methods to analyze each influence factor of large-scale activities stampede in the square, using fault tree analysis method the important degree of each influence factor, the results showed that the influence factors :the population density, information, psychological and the control ability play an important role on the large-scale square events. Finally, build the management control mode of the events, based on the theory of safety system, safety risk and safety behavior, comprehensive three stages:before the start of large activity, preparation period and ongoing activity, which to design and running the management mode, and analyzes the protection policy for the pattern.
