Children's Food Safety Management Of Perfect Legal System In China

Food is the first necessity of the people,But safety is the first of food.How to support children's food safety,protect the country's future and hope,become a hot social concern.Children's food safety issue has become a hot focus of the NPC & CPPCC(the National People's Congress and the Chinese Political Consultative Conference).It's also social hot issues.With the two children policy is open,the regulatory challenges come along.In recent years,the frequent occurrence of children's food safety incidents lead to public trust crisis of government regulation.At the same time,the voice of children's food safety is more and more.Although significant improvements were made to the food safety act of 2015.However,the issue of children's food safety supervision did not make a real breakthrough.As is known to all,China's children's food safety supervision system is not perfect,the relevant legal system and standards have laged far behind the reality,regulatory responsibility is unclear,accountability mechanism is not perfect and other factors,China's children's food safety supervision is still a long way to go.Therefore,improving the legal system of children's food safety supervision has become an important research topic.This paper focuses on some practical problems in the legal system of children's food safety supervision.The introduction of the reality of melamine milk powder incident and fake imported milk powder case.It is pointed out that there is a close relationship between the frequent occurrence of children's food safety accidents and the defects in the legal system of supervision.This paper studies the implementation of the relevant standards of food safety supervision,the main body,law and so on.It has also refered to children's food safety standards,laws and regulations of other developed countries.Through the comparison and analysis of the differences between Chinese and foreign food safety supervision system,the author finds out the reasons why the supervision system is not perfect.Finally,The author puts forward some suggestions to improve the legal system of children's food safety supervision in China from the children's food safety regulatory laws,children's food safety standards,children's food regulatory agencies,children's food safety accountability,children's food market access and other aspects.
