Legal Issues Of Food Safety Supervision

In recent years, the affairs of food safe take place successively, which not only injured the consumer's healthy, but also disturbed normal market economy order. The problem of food safe has already become the focus that the international community government and people should pay attention to. Since the problem of food safe began, it has already surpassed the bound of traditional food hygiene until now. It has already been and will always be the key problem for the existence and continuous improvement on which that the whole international communiy and the maintenance mankind have to rely on. So, strengthening the food safety supervision is a matter of great urgency.The Food Safe Method which was built up and implemented formally in 2009, established a supervision system which was more scientific. It founded the food safe committee as the exclusive supervision institution to take charge of the food safety; According to the demarcation of district administration, the food supervision institution which can be established by district administration is responsible for the daily food safety; But, the food safety affairs still happen although the Food Safe Method has been built up, which is mean that the food safety supervision system isn't perfect enough.This thesis is totally divided into four parts. It will introduce the basic problem on food safety supervision in part one; The second part will compare the present condition of the food safety supervision system in our country with other typical country to find out the difference and the problems of the food safety system in our country; Then, it will analysis the main body of food safety supervision in our country in part three; At last, it will put forward the law counterplan to perfect the food safety system of our country.In brief, this paper devotes to consummate our country's food safety supervision system ulteriorly.
