Modern Rural Elites Participate In The Village Governance:An Attempt Of Village Governance

As the backbone of the traditional rural governance,squire became the important governance agents for a long time when the imperial power out of county,including maintaining the state and getting the financial resources.Comparing the traditional squire with the modern village elites,we can draw the conclusion that the part of the historical gene have been discarded due to the change of both generation and the environment.From this point of view,modem village elite not only has historical rationality,but also has modern adaptability.Coming from the village,the modern village elite has the advantages of mastering the local knowledge due to the long life living in the village,including the same ethical homogeneity.Also,the modern village elite is often used as a geographical kinship lies within the boundaries of discourse interpretation.This research is aiming to the workstation of the modern village elite in order to learn about village governance.Although the the establishment of workstation was accidental,it has been an effective method of modern village governance,which was in the two power under the support of external institution intervention and internal village autonomy.When it comes to the actual effects,the behaviors of modern village elite in village governance are mainly reflected in public contacts,conflict mediation,behavior guidance,discourse preaching and so on.The main effects included the promotion of village public goods supply and public character,the improvement of village public order and the propaganda effect and so on.Of course,there is no doubt that the effect of modern village elite is not limited to this,with the further space to expand under some shortcomings can be overcome by the theory or practice.The modern village governance is not only a theoretical problem,it is a real problem.Now,the modern village elite is becoming more concerned by the political and academic circles,the governance mode in the future will face more theoretical and practical questions.
