Research On The Construction Of The Government's Public Service Supply Platform In The Development Of Agricultural Industry Clusters

Industrial agglomeration is a certain economic organization form based on some characteristic resources,and it is an important embodiment and main source for one region's economic and social development as well as its regional competitiveness.Agricultural industry is the provider for the the national economic construction and development with fundamental product,and agricultural industrial cluster is the important carrier to change the traditional mode of agricultural production,integration of urban and rural areas' developments and independent innovation and development.Speeding up the construction of agricultural industrial clusters significant initiatives to enhance regional economic strength and to promote industrial restructuring and to promote the deep integration of the primary industry,secondary industry and tertiary industry,and an effective way to implement the Scientific Outlook on Development.Besides,as a strategic supporter,rural agriculture can serve as the ballast stone in deepening the structural reform of agricultural side supply and in accelerating the development of new agricultural development and in starting a profound change in the field of Agriculture.Jiangsu Fengxian County is located at the junction of the seven counties of Jiangsu Province,Shandong Province,Anhui Province and Henan Province,with abundant agricultural resources,and has been awarded the national characteristics of modern agricultural demonstration counties.After several years' development,the effects of fruit industry cluster in Fengxian County have been increasingly apparent to see,and the scale of agricultural demonstration park is expanding,and the degree of enterprise agglomeration is increasing.A sound public service supply system is a necessary condition for the development of agricultural industrial clusters,which requires local governments to have a clearer understanding of their functional orientation and to find more ways to increase the supply of public services in guiding the local agricultural industrial clusters to prosper and enhance the regional competitiveness.Therefore,this essay is based on the above considerations,taking the case in Fengxian County fruit industry cluster in Jiangsu as a case study.Based on the analysis of the present situation and existing problems of public service in the development of fruit industry cluster,using relevant theoretical knowledge,and try to provide the countermeasures to improve government public service supply for the development of agricultural industry clusters,and to put forward suggestions such as the construction of public service platform to support the development of fruit industry cluster and other suggestions trying to promote the development of agricultural economy in Fengxian County.This thesis can be divided into four chapters,The first chapter is an overview,introducing the background,purpose,significance,research methods and ideas of the thesis,and defines the relevant concepts and theoretical basis.The second chapter mainly states the general situation of the development of agricultural industrial clusters in China;the provision of public services in agricultural industrial clusters;the general analysis of the development of the agricultural industry cluster and the necessities of the government public service supply,covering the meaning of supply system of government public service and the necessities of government public service supply.The third chapter focuses on the current situations of the development in Fengxian County fruit industry cluster and the status quo of government public service supply,summarizing the problems of the development of fruit industry cluster in Fengxian County and the existing problems in the supply of public service.In the fourth chapter,the essay puts forward some feasible and measures to support the developments of Fengxian County fruit industry cluster.
