At first,to realize social modernization should achieve people's modernization that must firstly promote the modernization of people's notion.At present,during the course of social transformation and the key turning period of china's modernization construction,it is in favor of accelerating the pace of social modernization,speeding up the society to achieve the overall social transformation,promoting the all-round development of human beings for improving the modernization of people's notion.Now socialist core values,which are the mainstream value advocated by our country and the leading ideology of our nation,dominate the key position in the field of ideology and make a great significance for improving the modernization of people's notion.Firstly,the thesis elaborated that socialist core value and the modernization of people's notion have a great significance for promoting the development of society,organizing both research current situation at home and abroad and putting forward the thesis attempted to do innovative thinking;secondly,the thesis clarified the basic relevant conception about socialist core value and the modernization of people's notion,and interpreted the relevant conception for value and values,the core value and its function,concept and the modernization of concept and so forth.Afterwards,it discussed the composition of the modernization of people'notion and socialist core values' selection issues.Then the thesis had a profound analysis and research on the cause of socialist core value and the process of modernization of people's notion.The following expounded the relationship between socialist core values and the process of modernization of people' notion from five different perspectives,like theoretical foundation,the content of structure,the process of promotion,the goal of achievement and the orientation of development,therefore,highlighting those which are socialist core value and currently leading social values,that is so called the modernization of people' notion,were inseparable.Finally,the thesis elaborated that social core values played an important role in the modernization of people's notion from four parts,namely,social environment,value guidance,development paths,spiritual pursuit and so forth;it also analyzed the basic elements that are global perspectives,homeland feelings,code of conduct and openness ofpersonality for the modernization of people's notion from some specific aspects,such as“prosperity” “patriotism” “dedication” “integrity” “democracy” “freedom”and so on.Providing how to realize the path to the modernization of people's notion based on above,would hopefully have a referential value for the development of society and human beings.
