Our Partner Ralationship In The Perspective Of Marriage Law Of The Protection Mode

Today, there is still a lack of legal norms in China, and there is no formal research on the protection of the same-sex partnership in China.There is no corresponding legal policy. The rights of same-sex couples in China have not been affected by other countries. The protection of rights and interests of the same-sex partnership in China has also become a subject of social concern.On the basis of the theory of marriage law, this paper tries to find out some theoretical basis for the protection of the same-sex relationship,and it can be used in the regulation of law to form a complete set of protection mode. And draws lessons from some mature historical research experiences of other countries to analyze how to protect the rights and interests of same-sex partnership in China. This article mainly introduces the concept of same-sex couples' relationship,the legal characteristics and the development of ancient and modern Chinese and foreign countries. It is pointed out that there is not an existing legal system to protect same-sex couples in China. We just passed the same-sex marriage legalization bill, which we explore the process of legalization of marriage in the United States and learn from our country,to see what impact on our country.The forth chapter is a study on the protection pattern of same - sex partnership in marriage law. By comparing foreign Protected Mode, to explore the pros and cons of same-sex marriage patterns, explore marriage patterns, China same-sex couples to enjoy the rights and obligations.The fifth chapter is China's same - sex relationship in the context of marriage law protection mode selection.
