Study On Public Order Of Network Community Based On WeChat

With the development of communication technology and chip processing,in the aspect of software applications,various communication products came out and their functions are enhanced continually,and in terms of hardware,smart phones,as the substitutes of old-typed phones,are more capable of processing complex applications and making phone calls,and it's more convenient to carry smart phones.We're in a era of mobile internet.In the prosperous development of mobile internet,more and more people choose to use instant communication tools because of their faster communication speed and lower cost,and with the constant improvement of their functions,the instant communication tools are establishing a virtual network community where people can share,communicate information and even pay online.As the rapid development of the Internet,the network community is showing more and more difference with the traditional society,as a result of the lack of relevant laws and regulations,the lagging of governmental supervision,the instability and security problems of the operation system,the lack of regulations about people's behavior and the unawareness of the importance of maintaining a good public order in network community,a lot of problems came out which have been bringing bad influence to the public order in network community.As the most rapidly developing and the most influential instant communication tool,WeChat has the most users.This paper will explain the whole process of WeChat's user development,version iteration and function perfection.After the problems and data collection through an online questionnaire and user interviews,and analysis of these data,this paper summed up the common problems of public order in WeChat network community,such as the security of the operation platform,users'personal information and online payment,the virality of false information,the overflowing spam,etc.This paper deeply analyzed the reason and influence of these problems,and then proposed feasible policies and countermeasures in the aspects of laws and regulations,governmental supervision,WeChat operation companies,relevant social organizations and WeChat users.
