Research On Network Agenda Setting Of Public Security Government WeChat

The new media has the characteristics of strong interaction,the flow of information fast,wide spread range,and their development has broken the government departments rely on traditional media information to the public one-way communication pattern.As an official Weixin account launched by the Chinese government,government Weixin has special identity and special functions.It not only provides a platform for government agencies to publicize government information,deliver their own services and shape their own image,but also provides a channel for the general public to obtain information and exchange equally.At present,government agencies at all levels in all regions of China have opened the public platform of government Wechat.Government Wechat is becoming a new window for our government to set the agenda of government affairs and disseminate government affairs.The academic circles have studied government Wechat from many dimensions,but few people pay attention to the agenda setting of government Wechat.In the process of setting the agenda of government Wechat in China,which issues are more prominent,what are the links between the various issues,and whether the agenda networks set by different government Wechat are related are the issues that this paper wants to explore in depth.In this regard,based on the content analysis of the issue of government Wechat,this paper attempts to use the third level of agenda setting research-the theory and research methods of network agenda setting to explore the current agenda network of government Wechat in China.This paper takes the public number of Wechat for public security affairs in Chongqing as an example,and takes 1886 samples of Wechat for Government Affairs published in three months as the data support for empirical analysis,and studies the agenda setting of Wechat for government affairs from the new perspective of network agenda setting.By combing the relevant research methods of network agenda setting and government affairs self-media agenda setting,this paper uses social network analysis method to carry out central analysis and cohesion subgroup analysis on the constructed public security government WeChat agenda matrix,and between different government WeChat The agenda network conducted a QAP analysis to explore the key nodes of the agenda network and the relationships between different agenda networks.The study finds that the topics of "public service","government-citizen interaction","local information","internal and external consideration" have the highest degree of centrality.They have great influence in the agenda network of government Wechat and are closely related to other topics.In terms of specific communication strategies,government Wechat most often uses the topics of "forwarding integration","multimedia form","official tone" and "neutral statement" to set its agenda.The agenda network constructed by different administrative levels in the same region has a significant correlation,and there is an interactive relationship between the agenda,which indicates that the trend of clustering of local government Wechat is becoming increasingly prominent.
