The Research On The Consciousness Of Rule Of Law In Contemporary China

Since eighteen,the party and the country will deepen the strategy of governing the country according to law to new heights,the rule of law construction in China to speed up the process significantly.Review of China's 30 years of publicity activities,the level of public awareness of the rule of law has been greatly improved,but because of China's rule of thought has far-reaching influence,lack of rule of law the rule of law,the foundation is relatively weak.People lack of faith in the rule of law,rule of law practice a serious shortage of power.And our people's consciousness of the rule of law behind has been hampered by the rule of law in China.To strengthen the legal awareness of the people to comprehensively promote the rule of law,has the important significance of the construction of socialist country under the rule of law and so on The study of rule of law consciousness is especially important nowBased on the analysis of previous research results,based on the arrangement of the questionnaire on the public awareness of the rule of law,according to China after the fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee to comprehensively promote the overall requirements of the rule of law,through the literature research method,comparative analysis method and questionnaire investigation,innovatively starting from the people of the rule of law and self understanding view of contemporary China people's legal awareness of the reality of contemporary China people's legal awareness is relatively weak,by analyzing the reason people law consciousness weak,put forward countermeasures to cultivate people's consciousness of the rule of law when the generation of Chinese.This paper mainly through the five chapter of the arrangement of the phase structure Analyzes and illustrates the problems.The first part is the introduction,introduces the background and significance of the topic,the domestic and foreign research status and the research methods used,and puts forward the research ideas of this paper,the structure and the possible innovations and shortcomings;the second part is an overview of the basic theory Chinese proposition of contemporary people's legal awareness,from the analysis on Marx's awareness of the rule of law theory,the basic idea of Chinese socialist consciousness of rule of law,the evolution of Chinese public awareness of the rule of law,the basic concept of China people's legal awareness of contemporary and practical effect are discussed;the third part is the contemporary Chinese public law Analysis of awareness of the status quo,the conclusion that Chinese people's consciousness of the rule of law the achievements and existing problems;the fourth part focuses on the China awareness of public law problems from the political,economic,education,in-depth analysis of the four aspects of culture,and in the fifth part puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for these problems.
