Study On The Livelihood Of The People Under The Rule Of Law From The Perspective Of Marx’s Law

In recent years, as the country to further promote the cause of reform, protect and improve people’s livelihood has become an urgent need to address the problem, the use of legal means to improve the livelihood of the people’s livelihood to build the rule of law has become the new requirements of the times. However, to comprehensively promote the construction of people’s livelihood and the rule of law, we must examine the theory of people’s livelihood and the rule of law. In this paper, firstly, through combing the connotation of people’s livelihood and the rule of law, respectively, to find out the rule of the intersection of the livelihood of the people, and ultimately defines the concept of people’s livelihood of the rule of law. Then, further expounds the essence of the livelihood of the people of Marx in the view of jurisprudence, analysts pointed out that the livelihood of the people under the rule of law construction of our country at the present stage is decided by the current conditions of economic development in China, is a reflection of social public interests, and combining with the problems existing in the construction of people’s livelihood and rule of law in our country, proposed legislation to strengthen the livelihood of democracy and science, strict administration according to law, deepen the reform of the judiciary to respond to people’s demands of ’rule of law construction.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part mainly expounds connotation of people’s livelihood of the rule of law. Before the ’rule of law concept clear, mainly analyzes the connotation of people’s livelihood and the rule of law connotation. When the people’s livelihood is analyzed, using the method of history, from the ancient people began to study the connotation, then analyzes the Sun Zhongshan understanding of the livelihood of the people, and ultimately into the actual situation of the contemporary China, focusing on the connotation of people’s livelihood in modern society. The rule of law is mainly from the five aspects of the meaning of modem interpretation of the rule of law. From the confluence of the livelihood of the people and the rule of law, rule of law and the people’s livelihood connotation analysis, from the contemporary social reality, and points out the necessity and urgency of the construction of rule of law of the people’s livelihood.The second part focuses on livelihood issues of contemporary Marxist interpretation of law. The main aim of law from the perspective of Marxism, the study of Chinese people’s livelihood now. To the people’s livelihood and Marxism law together, be sure to clarify the law in the end is what Marxism. Therefore, this paper from the view of law, law of the material conditions of class view, method view of history, the concept of law and the rights and obligations of the concept of the five aspects of analysis of the scientific connotation of Marx’s law. Marx pointed out that the law of the soul lies in its era, and China reality, Marx School of law Chinese of major achievements-the rule of law.Part III, Part IV care of each other, in the third section points out the shortcomings of the current construction of people’s livelihood from the concept of the rule of law exists, in practice, and in the fourth part, the corresponding proposed rule to improve the livelihood of the construction of the path selection.
