Personal Information Security Problems And Its Countermeasures In Big Data Era

Under the background of big data information sharing in bring people life convenient but also threatens the personal information security.How under the condition of new technology and social protection of personal privacy,maintenance,information security has become a social focus on hot topics,academia and government.In this paper,from the perspectives of individuals,businesses and government triple looked at this problem,analyses its reasons and puts forward the corresponding response.Papers in the study of domestic and foreign scholars on personal information security based on the analysis of the problem,according to the results of the questionnaire,using the statistical software for statistical data analysis,triple perspective analysis from individuals,businesses,government out of the personal information security problems,such as information leakage serious,technology protection and the problem of illegal strike is not strong enough.Based on the analysis of these problems and the reasons,such as the protection of the personal perspective of individual treatment of information consciousness is not strong,the enterprise information protection technology is relatively backward,the government have a relatively perfect punishment punishment regulations,etc.This paper argues that,under the background of big data information security is not only a personal problem,it is a public management issues have been paid much attention by the society.This problem solved,it is only natural that from the personal information protection awareness and intensify protection of enterprise's information,but improve the relevant laws and regulations,improve the supervisory ability of the government information,government on the purification and optimize the environment of information using the unique role of is more important,also more fundamental.
