The petition work is an important way for the Communistst Party of China(CPC)and government to understand the feelings and observe the condition of the people.It is not only an important means to resolve conflicts and maintain social stability,but also be an passways to accept the supervision of the masses.To do the work well,is helpful to keep the interest of the masses and make a reliable imagic and status in the hearts of the people.Because of the agricultural population of Ganyu district accounted for more than half of the total population,the proportion of the total amount ofagriculture related petition has been large,ranking the third in Jiangsu province.The agriculture related petition work of Ganyu as the object of study,to enhance the overall level of petition work in Ganyu,to maintain harmony and stability in rural areas,and promote the development of the construction of an important security Ganyu.This paper studies from the current situation that the petition work in Ganyu area as a starting point,it combied the main types of petition cases,and further elaboratedthe present petition work,in-depth analysis of the problems in our region the petition work.Finally,according to the analysis of the reasons,this paper put forward to solve the problem of the current agricultural petition.Do the petition work,first to innovation work idea and the working pattern,promote the reform of the petition system,together with the integration of the mediation mechanism,strengthen the ability and quality of the petition work teams,regulate the new order,the only way to promote the sustained and healthy petition work better.
