Prevention And Control System Of Domestic Violence

The phenomenon of domestic violence has existed since ancient times,and not unique to the present age.This phenomenon exists all over the world,and is not unique to our country.The phenomenon of domestic violence in the longitudinal spread of time is long,but also in the horizontal distribution of a wide range.However,from the beginning of the enlightenment,the consciousness of women to eliminate gender differences began to sprout,and the women's movement into the heyday until nineteenth Century.Under the favorable influence of the international environment,our country began to pay attention to the prevention and control of the domestic violence in 1996,the ideological storm from some areas to the whole country,which lasted 20 years.Finally,in March 2016,Chinese first anti domestic violence law promulgated and implemented.With this background,this paper is devoted to the discussion of the highlights and advantages of the Anti-domestic Violence Law of the People's Republic of China(Hereinafter referred to as the Law on Domestic Violence).At the same time,this paper combines the problems exposed in the legal practice for more than a year,and according to the actual situation of the reality of marriage and family in China,the protection of vulnerable groups and the elimination of gender discrimination.The article will puts forward some suggestions on the legal relief of domestic violence.The paper is divided into three parts:The first chapter is an overview of domestic violence.This chapter mainly discusses the basic problems of domestic violence,including the concept of domestic violence,the main body of domestic violence and the form of domestic violence.This chapter will also analyze the Law on Domestic Violence on the unreasonable definition of domestic violence.Meanwhile,this chapter will analyze the legal relief system of domestic violence in China and analyze its advantages and disadvantages.On the basis of the particularity of domestic violence,which is discussed in the first chapter,the second chapter will put forward the basic principles that should be followed to solve the problem of domestic violence.On the basis of relevant facts and principles,which are discussed in the first two chapters,and with the improvement of vulnerable groups and the Law on Domestic Violence and other related systems,the third chapter will put forward some suggestions.
