| Along with the development of the Internet era,people's life has changed a lot,and traditional rules have been broken by some new things.We Media,widely popular in our lives,has become a very popular channel and method of information dissemination at present,which breaks rules of the traditional media's monopoly on the speaking right,and realizes information symmetry to a certain extent.At present,the representative We Media platforms include Twitter,Facebook,Tencent QQ space,Tencent WeChat circle of friends and official account,etc.,which makes cultural communication ways more convenient,thought expressions more diversified,and communication more barrier-free.However,due to the convenience of media transmission and the diversity of thought expression of We Media,the traditional copyright law has been challenged,failing to adapt to the changes brought by the new technology.And the infringement behaviors among We Media platforms can be seen everywhere.Therefore,the We Media has become increasingly hot,but also causes more and more considerations and disputes on copyright protection.In order to explore that whether will the dissemination of works of We Media constitute infringement and what deficiencies do existing law provisions have,the basic structure includes asking questions,analyzing questions and solving questions in this paper.Starting from the concept and characteristics of the self-media,the unique characteristics are obtained by comparing works of traditional media and We Media.In addition,based on an in-depth analysis of infringement of the We Media copyright,the present situation and the existing questions of copyright protection of works of We Media are summed up.On the basis of reference to foreign practices,countermeasures are put forward from the state,society,and self-media service provider in order to make copyright protection of works of We Media more standard,so that all We Media users can enjoy convenience and well-being brought by We Media in the Internet era. |
