Study Of Contemporary Chinese Society Transition Period Risk Distributive Justice

Since the 20 th century,China has undergone three major social transformations.The first was the revolution of 1911,which ended over 2,000 years of feudal rule.The second was the socialist revolution,which established the socialist system of the people.The third is the reform and opening up that is being carried out,and the three changes are made: the transformation of the system from the planned economy to the market economy.Second,social structural changes,namely,the structural transformation of the society,the transformation of the mechanism,the adjustment of interests and the transformation of ideas,and the transition of a comprehensive structural state;Third,the social morphological changes,namely,the transformation of China from the traditional and closed agricultural society to the modern and open industrial society.Over the past 30 years and more,China has made great achievements in reform and opening up.But at the same time,social disorder is becoming more and more important in the process of social transformation.How to properly distribute social risk is becoming a major problem affecting China's economic and social development.Risk allocation is a sharing of risks in the course of economic and social development.The distributive justice of risk is of great significance to the economic,political,cultural,social and ecological development of modern Chinese society.At present,the issue of risk distribution is highlighted by the lack of a single,flexible distribution,the lack of social stratification and the imperfect allocation of risk.To solve it effectively,we must advocate the idea of justice and set up the concept of justice of risk distribution.Integrating the main body and the risks of organic balance;We will improve the way of distribution and properly manage risks.Optimize the structure of the class and distribute the risks properly;We will improve institutional construction and effectively manage risks.
