The Exploration Of Distributive Justice In The Perspective Of Risk-Society

Since the rise of modern industrial society, the risk is no longer confined to natural disasters in the contemporary. In the process of human using subjective initiative to learn and change the world, the optimization of technology and industry bring our society not only convenience, but also several side effects. With these side effects intensified, the feature of reflexive modernization feature appears, and the entire society gradually goes into "risk-society".Justice is the primary good of society. At the moment of risks approaching, the whole society is urgent to realize risks and promote the abilities of resisting risks, moreover, to establish distributive principles that are suitable for risk-society. The theory of equality and justice raised by Rawls coincides with the concept of risk-society raised by Ulrich Beck, for they both established from the perspective of social institution. This paper learns by Rawls’ liberalism justice principles and Beck’s risk-society theory to construct distributive justice in a risk-society sight. The phenomenon that risk-society is coming explained through sorting out the concept of risk and the research of reflexive modernization. Social justice achieve by allocate rights and obligations rationally. The justice side of a risk-society is important of risk distribution. After discussed injustice, the paper tried to reconstruct primary goods under the background of risk-society.According to Rawls’ Justice principles, and necessity on distributing risk realization, risk avoiding, and risk governing, the paper achieve majorly on the four distributive principles of risk-society:liberty and equality principle which coincide with Rawls’, opportunity and equality principle and difference principle which have mended from Rawls’ and risk responsible and governing principle which constructed by myself.
