Study On Rural Left-behind Children's Social Care And Service Of Jiuquan City

Long-term existence of left-behind children are the social reality that our country have to face at a certain stage of urbanization development,and with the rapid development of China's economic and social,that will sustained and rapid growth in certain period.We should see,with the rapid expansion of rural left-behind children,at present,our social caring and service for the special children's group is not perfect enough,in the idea of working,system and mechanism and methods can not adapt to the development of the new situation.Therefore,research on means of social care and service practice to solve the problem of left-behind children has important theoretical significance and practical value.This dissertation takes the problems of rural left-behind children's social care and service in Jiuquan city as the starting point to conduct a review of the domestic and foreign literature,bases on the theory of social ethics and children's rights,and objective describes the specific conditions of the rural left-behind children's social care and service in Jiuquan city and find out some problems,such as:the power of social care and service are weak,the most subject of care and service are not involved in depth,the absence of family function,the constructions and facilities equipped for care and service far cannot meet the demand of left-behind children,and the phenomenon of disorderly and hot and cold,etc.At the same time,it analyzes the causes of problems,use successful experience of inside and outside the province practice on rural left-behind children's social care and service,and put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions to improve the effect of rural left-behind children's social care and service of Jiuquan city.This dissertation uses Literature research,Empirical analysis and Investigation,bases on social care and service perspective to explore the way to solve the problem of left-behind children.All of this will enrich the theory of left-behind children to a some extent,provide a certain reference value for improving the practice of left-behind children care and service and enhances the efficiency and quality of social care and service.At the same time,it will provides valuable reference to realize the target of dynamic,well-off,charm and happiness Jiuquan and promote harmony and stability of social.
