Research On The Legal System Of Guangdong Medical Aid System

Medical assistance is the last barrier to guarantee the right of life and health of the poor.As an important way of relief in social assistance,it has received more and more attention in recent years.Guangdong as the foreland of reform and opening up place,the establishment and improvement of the medical assistance system has been guided by the central policy,and gradually began to explore the medical aid legal system which fits itself.This paper expounds the current situation of the legal system of medical assistance in Guangdong,analyzes the medical aid system of other countries or regions,and provides the corresponding experience for the development of medical aid legal system in Guangdong.The improvement of the legal system of medical aid puts forward the corresponding theoretical suggestions which are in line with the facts of the province.It is of great significance to promote the protection of social fairness and justice and maintain the social stability.In this paper,literature research method and comparative analysis method have been used,the literature research method as a guide,through a comprehensive access to literature,to understand the main contents of the medical system in Guangdong Province and learn the experiences of other countries or regions about the advanced medical aid legal system characteristics,To further improve the legal system of Guangdong medical aid to put forward some corresponding views;the use of comparative analysis of the city of Guangdong on the amount of medical assistance to the provisions of the standard analysis,with a view to the Guangdong medical aid legal system legislation to help.Guangdong medical aid legal system as the object of study,the full text is divided into four chapters.The first chapter discusses the basic problems of medical assistance,respectively,settles the concept of medical assistance and its legal characteristics,and further introduces the relevant theoretical basis of medical assistance,which contains the basic content such as rescue object,the rescue worker,rescue service way,rescue procedures and so on.The second chapter mainly introduces the development of medical legal aid system in Guangdong,the normative basis of the system and the main contents of the legal system of medical aid in Guangdong,and further expounds the present situation of the implementation of the medical aid legal system in Guangdong and the corresponding problems such as medical legislation Low level of medical assistance,low standards of medical assistance and there are significant differences between regions,medical assistance to the main workers are difficult to cooperate and so on.The third chapter focuses on the selection of several representative countries and regions of the medical aid legal system for analysis,and pointed out that the medical law in Guangdong Province,the system has a reference to the value of the area.On the basis of the previous article,this paper puts forward the relevant legal suggestions on improving the medical legal aid system in Guangdong province from the aspects of medical aid legislation,improving the standard of rescue and improving the accountability mechanism of medical aid.
