The New Normal The Transformation Of The Government's Role In Ethnic Minority Areas Under Study

In different stages of development,the role of the government is not the same.The process of economic and social development is also the process of changing the role of government.To a new stage of development,it will require the government to achieve the role conversion in a timely manner,if the role is not timely,it will continue or hinder the development of social economy.The Communist Party of China has always attached importance to correctly handle the relationship between the government and the market.Of the party since eighteen,China Communist Party in the objective analysis of domestic and international economic and social development situation,accurate understanding of the basis of the social nature and the stage of development,put forward to China's economic development has entered a new norm of the global judgment and strategic guidance.In the fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,China's economic development has entered a new norm,to promote national governance systems and governance capacity modernization of the comprehensive overall goal of deepening reform,further transform government functions,to provide continuous power for development.In this new situation,the ethnic areas must be linked up and down,the role of government should be changed.But as many ethnic minority areas,economic,social and cultural development level is relatively backward,ethnic and religious issues of regional government in ethnic regions,the role transformation itself with the particularity of the difference in the eastern region.Therefore,the author puts forward the research direction of the conversion of the role of government in ethnic areas under the new economic norm,we hope to be able to explore and promote the role of government in ethnic minority areas in China under the new normal economic transformation provides some useful reference of the theoretical research and practice.This paper is divided into four chapters,the first chapter briefly introduces the related concepts of the role of government in ethnic areas under the new economic norm and theoretical basis;the second chapter analyzes the current situation of the conversion of the role of government in ethnic minority areas;the third chapter expounds the transformation of the government in ethnic minority areas have the role of the new normal economic conditions and the conversion of the role of government national requirements;the fourth chapter combines the actual ethnic areas and the Marx doctrine theory,determines the goal of transforming the role and exploratory countermeasures are put forward to achieve the target security role.
