Research On E-government Process Optimization In Municipal Administrative Service Center Of S City

E-government is an important way of government management innovation in the age of data.In the era of knowledge economy,paying more attention to the effect of knowledge on government management innovation,the government continues to regard information technology as a means of promoting social management and social construction,making full use of information resources,transforming information into knowledge,knowledge into decision to meet the needs of social development.Taking the e-government process of Administrative Service Center of S City as the research object,based on the process reengineering theory,reinventing government theory and e-government theory,by supervising the whole process of government service and with the recycling research of the process,this paper applies the methods of normative research and empirical research to establish a process-centered government services throughout the process of paperless quick release management model.Seen from the results of the study,the evaluation concluded that the comprehensive evaluation value of grey class grade Three.but from this article build e-government service capability evaluation grade range,degree of S city e-government service ability,that still exist many factors affecting S municipal e-government service ability,still need to constantly for process optimization.In S city e-government process optimization scheme design,constructed including the network layer,public facilities,public database,public information platform,the application layer and user layer,security system and e-government operation management standard and process optimization of technical standard system framework as a whole.At the same time,this paper expounds the representative S municipal government process reengineering technology,methods,and covers seven aspects of e-government system process optimization design.By following a strict management and technology strategy,improve the city S e-government system stability,and efficient use of resources.
