Performance appraisal in the more extensive use of the private sector,and achieved good results,the public sector should learn from their successes,so that performance appraisal becomes an important part of public sector human resource management.Government Offices normal operation of the service sector is the organ of logistics department,scientific and rational members of their organizations performance appraisal,can effectively promote the performance level of its members and promote the realization of organizational performance maximization,and thus more efficiently complete the transaction service agencies work.In this paper,the XX authorities service center,for example,a lot of access to the relevant performance appraisal literature at home and abroad,understand the relevant theoretical methods,through field research,the status of the staff assessment of the XX authorities in-depth study to identify the problems and objective analysis,combined with the XX authorities service service staff on the basis of actual work performance evaluation index system design,performance evaluation standards,by AHP gives appropriate weight of each indicator.Then,set up by elements of the weighted mathematical model,examination results service personnel affairs agencies will compare the actual performance of their work and found that both are consistent,proven scientific and practical herein established performance appraisal system is strong.Finally,the development organization and implementation of procedures and the establishment of security and timely feedback mechanisms,in order to establish a sound organ affairs staff performance appraisal system.
