An Investigation Report On The Construction Of Incorrupt Government Culture Of The Grass-roots Courts In D City

In the anti-corruption work in recent years,the construction of incorrupt government culture has been getting increasingly great attention form the government,it has also become an important measure to prevent corruption.Construction of incorrupt government culture is the groundwork of anti-corruption bid,is the first defending line of anti-corruption,is the significant mean of corruption prevention from the source,and is the important part of the system of corruption prevention and punishment.Administration of justice is the last ditch of safeguarding social fairness and justice,judicial justice has significant leading role to social justice,while the judicial injustice has fatal destructive effect on social justice.During the process of anti-corruption bid,the grass-roots courts should keep a foothold in national reality,actively push forward the construction of incorrupt government culture,which would be beneficial to prevent corruption from the source,urge the court policemen to perform official duties honestly,promote judicial justice consequently,and safeguard social fairness and justice.Based on the investigation of culture construction of clean and honest status of grass-roots courts in D city,this paper points out the existing problems in culture construction of clean and honest,which could be summarized in the following aspects: first,the attitude towards the construction of incorrupt government culture is not positive enough;secondly,the system and mechanism of construction of incorrupt government culture is still not sound;thirdly,the fund for the construction of incorrupt government culture is insufficient;fourthly,the activities of construction of incorrupt government culture are not developed satisfactorily.After that,the deeper causes of the above problems are analyzed,which including four aspects: first is the absence of an accurate positioning of the essence of construction of incorrupt government culture;the second one is the lacking of a systematic scheme of the work on construction of incorrupt government culture;thirdly is the deficiency of powerful support on the investment of construction of incorrupt government culture;and the last one is the absence of scientific design of activities of construction of incorrupt government culture.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the further improvement and perfection of construction of incorrupt government culture in grass-roots courts in D city,which involves the following aspects: firstly,an ideological guarantee system for construction of incorrupt government culture should be established;secondly,an institutional guarantee system of construction of incorrupt government culture needs to be structured;thirdly,a material insurance system of construction of incorrupt government culture should be built;last but not the least,a activity implement system of construction of incorrupt government culture should be constructed.
