Research On The Construction Of Anti-corruption Culture In Minhou County

Since the 18th national congress of the Communist Party Of China,remarkable accomplishment have been achieved in improving Party conduct,promoting integrity and combating corruption.The spread of corruption has been effectively contained and the battle against corruption has gained crushing momentum.As a result,the objective of ensuring officials do not dare to be corrupt has been basically achieved.However,the current corruption tends towards daily life and that gradually forms a dangerous background of "corruption folklore".The credibility of the government and the mass base are gradually lost.Cracking down on corrupt elements simply can not solve the problem of corruption fundamentally.In order to achieve the goal of ensuring officials do not want to be corrupt,it must strengthen the construction of anti-corruption culture.Literature research,case study and systematic analysis were used in this paper to discuss the construction of anti-corruption culture in Minhou county.Based on the result,the paper will suggest ways to strengthen the development of anti-corruption culture in Minhou County.This paper mainly includes four aspects:first of all,clarify the purpose and meaning of the paper,briefly introduce and define the relevant concepts and theoretical foundations,and the role of anti-corruption culture construction are analyzed and expounded.Secondly,on summing up the current situation of the construction of clean government culture in Minhou County Government,the main achievements and basic experiences are evaluated objectively,the existing problems and reasons are analyzed.Then,to seek reference from the outstanding experience of other areas of building the anti-corruption culture construction a strategy is put forward and the construction of anti-corruption culture.It proposes to take such measures as that drawing the essence of Chinese traditional cultural governance,improving the anti-corruption culture construction systems and mechanism,enforcing the consciousness of innovation and expanding the anti-corruption culture carrier construction,excavating local resources and building brand effect of anti-corruption culture,cultivating incorrupt organization culture.
