Chongqing Local Government Supervision Of Micro-credit Company Problem Study

From 2008 to 2014,the micro-credit company in ChongQing developed very well,however,since the coming of the economic downturn,the traditional micro-credit companies face major opportunities and challenges in the transformation and upgrading.Regulatory also need to advance with the times,to explore a way which not only could promote the development of the industry,but also to control the risk of regulatory path.In this paper,firstly,itelaborates the development situation of the micro-credit company in Chongqing,then it introduces the history of the supervision for the micro-credit companyof ChongQing government,then this paper introduces the current situation of the local government's supervision of the micro-credit companies in Chongqing,analyzes the existing problems of the supervision of the micro-credit companies in Chongqing,and draws lessons from the foreign supervisory departments and other provincial and municipal governments,and finally find out the way to improve the supervision of the micro-credit companies.
