At present,the land and resources bureau of civil servants at the grass-roots level management system reform has entered a crucial stage,bureau of land and resources under the development of optimal allocation of resources,saving energy and reducing consumption,and other important tasks and pressure,these need to be solved by conducting scientific and reasonable performance appraisal.Land and resources bureau of civil servants at the grass-roots level of performance appraisal should base on the industry,the actual current development goal and direction,improve development management system,further improve the land and resources bureau of comprehensive development and social benefits.Reform is to discover and solve problems,to break the traditional system limitations,and implementation of new development.Therefore,under the background of current policy increasingly complex and changeable situation,land and resources bureau have to change train of thought of development and direction as soon as possible,construct a more appropriate performance appraisal system,ready for the early work to meet the challenges of the follow-up.This paper takes B County Land Resources Bureau of the grass-roots civil servants as the research object,firstly,analyze the performance of grass-roots civil servants of B County Land Resources Bureau's current situation,to analyze the land and Resources Bureau of grassroots civil service present situation;secondly,using the method of interview method and questionnaire survey and so on,the B county land resources the Bureau of civil servants performance appraisal satisfaction was systematically investigated.The main influencing factors of the grass-roots civil servants' job satisfaction through the analysis of B County Bureau of land and resources is low;Again,the grass-roots civil servants job satisfaction factors countermeasures for B County Bureau of land and resources low make improvement program to enhance B County Land Resources Bureau of the grass-roots civil servants performance appraisal satisfaction;finally,proposed safeguard measures to implement grass-roots civil servants performance appraisal of B County Land Resources Bureau,B pointed out that the county land Resources Bureau of civil servants performance appraisal the smooth implementation also need from the capital input,system design,system optimization,performance management and other aspects of the implementation,make the appropriate security work.This paper adopts the methods of questionnaire survey,literature research,qualitative and quantitative analysis,investigation and interview.Reference to the recommendations of the performance appraisal system of the grass-roots civil servants.
