Historical Relics is worthy to be protected by us,as it reveals creativity of the ancients,contents human beings' culture and historical,artistic,scientific value.As years of studying the Historical Relics protection and repairing,our country has established approximately perfect system of technical standard.More and more Historical Relics are protected well.Nevertheless,the actualities of Historical Relics in our country can't make us optimistic,as there is a contradiction between promoting economic development and protecting Historical Relics as well as some other factors influencing.The thesis will study how should we regulate repairing of our Historical Relics by the law,how are the actualities and what's the defects in the law,along with analyzing the case that “the most beautiful field Great Wall” has been destroyed discovered in September 2016.On the basis of the findings,it's the improper selection in design and material that has made the repair to become destroying.The thesis seeks the aim that the law regulates Historical Relics repairing and teases the legal provisions what contains repairing technological elements.From this,we can find that these interrelated legal provisions are pretty good,except for a few flaws in some details.The repairing case arose,because of the problems when draft these indirect legal provisions.The thesis proposes some legislation suggestion for remedying these legal provisions and some ideas of expanding the ways of regulating repairing Technologies which are based that Historical Relics are cultural heritage of the world.In this way,not only we can carry on the advice to boosting all people's sense of protecting Historical Relics,but also that we can supplying more ways to regulate Historical Relics repairing with the law.
