Since ShuangJiao town tourism resource and geographical advantage is extremely rich,it's ecological tourism industry has developed to a high standard in recent years.But there still remains some problems,the first is lack of awareness of conservation in the process of resource development.Secondly,the humanistic quality of local residents is low.Thirdly,the development approach is unreasonable.Based on this,this article takes the integration of ecotourism resources in ShuangJiao town as a case,studied and discussed how to give play a role of ShuangJiao town government,promoting tourism resources integration,do a systematic researc on strategic position,programme,mechanism and countermeasure,in order to provide a healthy and sustainable development to the ecological tourism in Shuangjiao town.At the same time,it has a important practical significance in the long-term.According to the government positioning analysis,combining with the present situation of the ecological tourism in Shuangjiao town,the government has not yet fully perform its duty,there's still exit "government failure" phenomenon in different degrees.Through the study found that,there are following problems in the ecological tourism resources integration in Shuangjiao town: backward ecotourism foundation facilities construction,tourism resources integration of the lack of reasonable planning,tourism talents is not in place,the lack of environmental awareness,money does not reach the designated position and backward marketing means.The reason of problems in ecological tourism resources integration in Shuangjiao town mainly is: lack of policies and measures of ecological tourism resource integration and local government functions in the tourism resource integration is not into full play.Finally,put forward the countermeasures of government behavior in the Integration of ecotourism resources in ShuangJiao town.We should increase the supply of public services,strengthen the management and protection of scenic resources,increase the image of tourism,promote and promote products,strengthen the transformation of government functions in the integration of tourism resources and improve the ecological tourism planning.
