Research Of Humanistic Care's Application In The Police Ideological And Political Work

Humanistic care is the new ideological and political work guideline put forward by the Communist Party of China in view of the weakening of the ideological and political work,which has embodied the people-oriented important thought in the political education work.Humanistic care mainly emphasizes the human value,requiring that people should be put at the core position,more attention should be paid to people's feelings and needs and betterconditions should be created for people's free and comprehensivedevelopment.Applying humanistic care to the ideological and political work of the police can enrich the connotation of the police ideological and political work and thus effectively change the situation that the police ideological and political work's effectiveness is weakening.Applying humanistic care to the ideological and political work of the police is not only an important approach to improve the effectiveness of the police ideological and political work,but also can help the police.The past ideological and political work often ignored the feelings and needs of the police,so it is difficult to affect the police,and only if we can pay more attention to the spiritual needs of the police,understand and respect their feelings can we move the police and guide their thoughts to a positive and healthy direction,then consequently promote improvement on their ability and quality.On the basis of the previous studies,this paper has tentatively analyzed the ideological origin and theoretical basis of the humanistic care,summarized the current situation for application of humanistic care in the police ideological and political work,expounded the significance for applying the humanistic care in the police ideological and political work and finally combined the problems existing in the application of humanistic care with the practical needs of the police in the real society,thus to have put forward some measures for strengthening the application effects of the humanistic care in the police ideological and political work,such as improving the ability of the political work cadres for humanistic care,carrying out humanistic care education for the police,setting up the police's mental health guidance mechanism and establishing a humanistic care operation safeguard mechanism.
