In today's era of rapid development of information networks,as a result of the strong development of WeChat which has be used as social tool,public security WeChat has become the other main force of public security culture communication after the public security microblog.Because WeChat is very convenient,wide audience,accurate dissemination and interactive features,it could be used by the public security organs tocommunicatepublic security culture and the related conception,information,norm,core values,to build the image of the police and the development ofharmonious relationship between police and people.Although many public security organs has established public security WeChat and brought it into operation,but most of them couldn't understandthe characteristics and functions of the public security WeChatclearly,and also lack of the scientific and effective operation ways,which can not give good function to the public security culture communication.It is worth to think and analysis calmly about that how to make better use of the public security WeChat to make effective communication of the public security culture and establish a more harmonious relationship between police and people.This paper analyses the background of the public security WeChat and why it hasdeveloped.In the digital era,WeChat has been widely used and thereading habits of many people have changed too much.WeChat has become an important channel of new medias becauseof the needs of the goverment affairs and the harmonious relationship between police and people.Through the study of the general WeChat public platform,found that the WeChat has it's unique propagation mechanismand has the characteristics of high quality information filtering,mobile,private,precise and quantitative.From another side,this paper summarizes the types and development status of public security WeChat,found that the public security WeChat mainly hastwo types,and has large quantities and wide coveragment.By studying the public security WeChat has find the general characteristics of it,which is authoritative,professional and serviced.Compared with the traditional way of publicity media as well as micro-blog,which reflects the public security WeChat has the advantages oflower cost,wider audience,and more forms of communication and it have unique features which is propitious to guiding public opinion,obtaining real opinions,puting an end to "square effect".On the basis of summarizing the public security culture communication mainly reflect in two aspects which are the construction of police public relations and the image of the police,this paper further ascertains that the public securityWeChat playsa positive role in the dissemination of public security culture,dissemination of police information,listening to public opinion,intelligence services and showing the public securitystyle.On the basis of comparative analysing "Guangzhou police" and "safe Chengdu" from the two dimensions of the overall operational data and the user experience,then summarizes the problem that the current public security WeChat operators are lack of professional maintenance team,hold the interaction in no account,lack of marketing tools,informationsources are limited,the normative system deficiencies and online function to be developed.This paper try to make some sugestions about the avenues which could make public security WeChat playing a more effectivefunction of public security culturecommunication that putting forward a reasonable allocation of the management team,establishing an effective security system,innovative thinking and good publicity work.
