Research On The Optimization Of Public Security Communication Mechanizm In The New-media Era

The public security communication in our country has gone through 70 years,with a great many achievements in theory and practice.However,with the rapid development of information technology,Internet,Microblog,We Chat,Live Software,Mobile Client and other communication tools came into being,attracting a large number of users and fans with its strong interaction,mass information,personal service and many other advantages.They have brought enormous changes to the traditional communication environment and media pattern,and challenges to the development of public security communication.Under the impact of new media,the traditional public security communication mechanism has been far from adapting to the requirements of the new era.Public security organs often communicate in a passive situation,where dereliction,dislocation and over authority of duty happen frequently.This has seriously damaged the image of public security organs and police in the minds of people.Therefore,the public security organs must correctly understand the impact of new media on public security communication,and take active and effective measures to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of our public security communication.As a police officer who has long been engaged in public security communication,the author has taken into account her working experience with the characteristic of new media and the function of public security communication,from the perspective of public management and communication,to analyze the new opportunity brought by the new-media era.Then,according to the "5W mode" information communication process,she detailed the tremendous impact of new media on public security communication.Finally,the author identifies problems of public security communication in the new-media era by means of questionnaires,explores and analyzes the deep reasons for their emergence and puts forward the suggestions to optimize the communication mechanism,so as to improve the practical effect of public security communication in the future,and enrich the theory of public security communication in the new-media age.
