A Study On The Conflict And Dialogue Mechanism Of Public Crisis Communication In The Context Of Social Media

With the rapid increase of Internet penetration rate in China,the public's awareness of using social media to participate in public discussion has been gradually enhanced.In the current era of social media,public crisis communication has become a noisy "living language field" in which discourse subjects express opinions and exchange ideas on public crisis events,thus presenting the characteristics of authenticity and dialogue on the public communication platform built by social media.It is of great theoretical significance and practical value to study the conflict and dialogue mechanism of public crisis communication by taking the "tianjin port '8.12' catastrophic fire and explosion accident" as a typical case,improve and optimize the control effect of public crisis communication in China,promote the communication and consultation among diverse subjects,and reach social consensus.Through literature review,the research topic "conflict and dialogue mechanism of public crisis communication in the context of social media" was determined.On the basis of related concepts to define,through the case study method,text analysis,the integrated use of crisis life cycle theory,dual crisis management theory and tools such as difference code table,create the "tianjin '8.12'super-large public opinion development stage and regularity of fire explosion accident " and the obvious phenomenon of conflict and dialogue stage crisis and spread of the spread of the crisis system analysis,from two aspects of subject,motivation to reflect the phenomenon of conflict and dialogue of the public crisis communication.Finally,constructive suggestions are put forward from the perspectives of government,media,public and society,and the deficiencies in this study are reflected.Through the research,it is found that in the crisis communication of "tianjin port '8.12' the extremely large fire and explosion accident",the conflict and dialogue between the official and the civil opinion field is mainly manifested as one-way propaganda and conflict mode.The conflict and dialogue between market media and the public are shown as two-way interaction,affirmation and disclosure.The conflict and dialogue between "we media" official accounts and the public are manifested as two-way interaction,affirmation and supplement.By analyzing the phenomenon of conflict and dialogue in crisis communication,and referring to the "5W model " of information communication,this paper summarizes the characteristics of the conflict and dialogue mechanism,including the integration of transmitter and receiver,the diversification of information,the centralization of communication channels and the group polarization of communication effect.In view of the problems existing in crisis communication among the participants,this paper puts forward four suggestions that the government should improve the information disclosure mechanism and do a good job in crisis repair management.The media should strengthen the role of gatekeeper and stick to journalism professionalism;The public should improve media literacy and cultivate crisis awareness,and the society should build a multi-party dialogue platform to promote harmony and stability.
