Crisis communication management in the public sector through the whole process of crisis management of public sector, not only the public sector crisis management system of the internal parts effectively link up, but also to promote the link between public sector crisis management system and the external social environment, and it is beneficial to solve the crisis in the. It can be said that the public sector crisis information communication mechanism is the prerequisite for the public sector crisis management and the process of protection. Effective crisis communication mechanism plays a very important role in the process of crisis management in public sector. How to play the positive role of the media, the correct guidance of public opinion, the public opinion of the crisis to the crisis in the right direction to solve the crisis, there is an urgent need to solve the problem.
