Research On The Countermeasures Against The Crime Of Fraud Involving WeChat

With the progress of the society and the development of the science and technology,the intelligent mobile has become more and more popularized,forming an indispensable tool in people's study,working and communication.However,on the one hand WeChat do have brought a more convenient communication way and a total new life,on the other hand WeChat has provided a new breeding ground for the criminal activities and opened up new soil for the lawbreakers.In recent years,WeChat crime is happening in an increasing frequency.This not only seriously influences using experience of the platform,but also brings serious hidden danger and threats to the social stability and people's property safety.Therefore,it is particularly important to do researches on the crime involving in WeChat crime,especially on the fraud by using the platform of WeChat.The key point for this study is the defining of the constitutive elements of a crime based on a good comprehension of WeChat and its platform.It is important to be familiar with the common form of WeChat crime.Aside from revealing the old trick of WeChat crime,it is necessary to look for ways to fight and prevent this kind of crime.In this way,the criminality could be reduced and the people's property could be effectively protected.The paper includes three parts.The first part illustrates the service condition,functions and existing problems of WeChat.At the very first the author elaborates the wide service condition of WeChat,and then the author introduces the service condition of the official accounts base on the platform of WeChat.Finally,the author summarizes the existing problems of WeChat and its official accounts.To get familiar with the functions of WeChat could help to get a better understanding about the Modus operandi of WeChat fraud,the shortage of the two platforms and the ways for getting loopholes to commit a crime.The second part has summarized the notion of crime involved in WeChat fraud and the constitution of crime.Then the author has classified the current unrelenting WeChat fraud crime of our country,and the author mainly focuses on four kinds of which.Finally,the author has summarizes the characteristics of WeChat fraud crime to intend to make solutions in the third part of the paper.The third part explores the investigation and prevention countermeasure on WeChat fraud crime.Based on the practical and macro level,this part lucubrates into WeChat Fraud from the aspects of mechanism amplifying,investigation of the outline and extracting of WeChat evidence.Combining with the policy of giving consideration on two or more things of striking and preventing crime and preventing going first,the author introduces the measures for preventing WeChat fraud on the basis of practical and theoretical level from the micro to the macro aspects.The social problems in this paper is introduced by the social reality,the author first brings aboutthe hot issues,and then gives a specific solutions on it.Finally,the author put forward a comprehensive measure to deal with the problems involved in this paper.And thus the social stability will be maintained and the social harmonious could be promoted.
