The Characteristics Of Telecom Fraud And Coutermeasures Research

With the continuous growth and development of China's economy,criminal activities in the financial field have increased dramatically,and financial fraud has become one of the most harmful economic crimes.Financial fraud has not only seriously damaged the order of Chinese financial market,hindered the healthy development of the economy,but also endangered the property safety of the general public.In the report at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),General Secretary Xi pointed out that" deepen reform of the financial system,improve the financial regulatory system,and guard against the baseline of systemic financial risks." Whether it is in the past or in the future,it is not difficult to see that the prevention of all kinds of financial risks is really important in order to promote the stable and healthy development of the economy and social harmony and stability.However,with the progress of science and technology,there are various ways of fraud.Telecom financial fraud has become one of the most common ways of new financial fraud.There are thousands of victims of telecom financial fraud and billions of dollars in funds,which undoubtedly brings new issues to the financial supervision authorities of all countries,namely,how to prevent and reduce the occurrence of telecom financial fraud.Therefore,in-depth study of the characteristics of telecom financial fraud,finding out problems,researching countermeasures and guarding against fraud is of great significance for reducing the crime in China's financial sector and promoting stable economic growth.This research can not only reflect the characteristics of the current telecom financial fraud,but also provide various countermeasures,especially from various angles such as public security,banks and government departments,and take various measures to prevent and combat Telecom financial fraud.The greatest significance is to let the general public understand the telecom financial fraud,prevent telecom financial fraud and promote the stable development of the financial industry.The main research content of this paper is divided into theoretical basis,model analysis and empirical research.By collecting data from the public security system,6898 cases issued in 2016 are analyzed.By using the disordered multi classification Logistic model,the relationship between the fraud amounts and the factors such as gender,place of birth,age and location of the crime is studied,and the basic characteristics of telecom financial fraud are obtained.Combined with this feature,relevant suggestions for different groups of people are put forward.The results of this study can provide a more intuitive understanding of the characteristics of telecom fraud in China to a certain extent.At the same time,the proposed countermeasures are more targeted,hoping to provide some reference value for the general public.
