Research On Reformation Of Discipline Inspection And Supervision Accredited Agency Management In Fenghua District

In the construction of the Party's working style and governing integrity and fighting against the anti-corruption,the discipline inspection authority always acts as the vanguard and main force.They are not only responsible for inner-party supervision and environment purification,but also undertake the administrative supervision and regulation of power operation.The accredited agency is an indispensable part in the discipline inspection system,who plays a crucial role during the supervision and duty performance process.It is very important to put the efforts of managing the accredited agency,so as to further highlight the normativity and effectiveness.The 18 th Congress of the CPC required to accelerate exploration and gradually complete the discipline inspection and supervision system,especially for emphasizing on the achieving its unified management.In the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee,a more specific target has been put forward to constructing the accredited agency,including accelerate the realization for accrediting the Party and government authorities at central level,as well as the achievement “two unities” on the name and management of accredited agency.According to the rules of Party Constitution,it is quite significant to drive on the reformation of discipline inspection system and practice the strict Party policy through exploring and perfecting the management system of accredited agency,performing its supervision duties,and giving the rein to its power and advantages from the view of the new mission and target of the current clean government construction and anti-corruption fight.The management and reformation for discipline inspection and supervision agencies in Fenghua District has been finished,on the basis of the overall requirements of Central,Zhejiang,and Ningbo Commission for Discipline Inspection.This article divides into five sections that further explore how to impel the reformation of the discipline inspection accredited agency management in Fenghua District through combining theory and practice.First section describes the background of accredited agency management and significance and summarizes the study from domestic and foreign literature to explicit the research orientation.Second section states the historic evolution of the accredited agency management system,explains the three common management modes with theoretical support.Third section introduces the practice on the reforming the management system and the certain achievement in Fenghua District.Forth section points out the problem and deficiency in the reformation process.The last section put forwards the pertinent countermeasures and suggestions.This article adopts the research method by combining literature study,investigation and comparative study to conduct the theoretical analysis and practical discussion on reforming the discipline inspection and supervision accredited agency management in Fenghua District.
