The System of Commercial Registration of our country is originated from planned economy period.Along with economical development;reform,form and development of systems;and high speed development of our economical society,our current system of Commercial Registration gradually does not coordinate with Social economical development and badly restricts economical activity.Then,the consequent false registration,secretly withdrawing funds and over engaging in illegal business disturb stable and healthy development of market economy,therefore,the reform of System of Commercial Registration is very important.At present,Our country already start a series of reform policies of the System of Commercial Registration and carry out some reform measurements on a national scale,like “the system of registered capital subscribed”;“integrate the business license”and “A license with A code” and so no.by trying in earlier experimental cities,which promote effectively economical activity and passion of the public business,but,which also expose some defects,like dispersion of the commercial registration legislation;commercial subject qualification is vague with management qualification;imperfection of the public system and so on.Regarding above problems occurred in the reform process,it can be improved by uniting the Commercial Registration legislation;separating the Commercial subject qualification with management registration qualification and perfecting community credit system construction,thus deepen the reform of the system of Commercial Registration and promote the development of economy better and faster.
