Research On The Reform Of The Administrative Examination And Approval System In Jiangning District, Nanjing

Since the reform of the aaminisirative examination ana approval system,many reforms have been carried out from the central to the local areas,and certain accomplishments have been made.However,for a long time,the reform is still incomplete due to many reasons,such as official standard thought,approval authority and process setting,department interest and so on.The current administrative examination and approval system has not been able to meet the requirements of the new economy and has restrained the market vitality,Therefore,to deepen the reform of the administrative examination and approval system to meet the needs of the market economy and enterprises and the masses,and to optimize the business environment has become the theme of government reform at all levels.This paper firstly describes the relevant theories of the reform of the administrative examination and approval system,introduces the course and content of the reform of the administrative examination and approval system in China,and describes the effectiveness and existing problems of the reform of the administrative examination and approval system in Jiangning District of Nanjing City.Proceeding from the practice of Tianjin,the first country to carry out the reform of the Administrative examination and approval Bureau,and Zhejiang Province,where the results of the review and reform are outstanding,and based on the analysis of the practice of these two places,the paper finally discusses the direction of the reform of the administrative examination and approval system in accordance with the local characteristics,and seeks the development measures.In recent years,scholars have explored the reform of the administrative examination and approval system,which provide us with a new way of thinking based on the whole government theory and service-oriented government theory.So the paper based on the research of relevant scholars,through research,data analysis and other methods,The reform of administrative examination and approval system is put forward from the aspects of optimizing the allocation of compilation resources,the reform of relatively centralized administrative permission right and the standardization construction of administrative examination and approval.
