Study On Effect Of Organizational Communication On The Southern Xinjiang Rural Culture Life

The CPC Central Committee and the State Council have attached great importance to the economic and cultural development in the rural areas of Southern Xinjiang.Since the reform and opening up,the government has focused on the rural areas inhabited by ethnic minorities as the focus of the work of poverty alleviation.Under the background of the new rural construction in the whole country,it is one of the key contents to enrich the cultural life of farmers in the rural areas of southern xinjiang.Among them,the improvement of the cultural life of minority rural areas has become the core content of the new rural construction project.It is an important task for us to correctly understand the impact of organizational communication on the cultural life of rural areas in southern xinjiang.In the southern region of Xinjiang is one of the areas inhabited by ethnic minorities,consisting of a three Akesu District,Kashi,Hotan region and Kirgiz Autonomous prefecture.At present,due to the backward economic and cultural diversity of the ethnic minority areas in southern Xinjiang,the improvement of cultural activities in rural areas of Southern Xinjiang has made many achievements,but there are still some problems.Therefore,it is necessary and important to carry out the research on the organizational communication in the rural area of southern xinjiang.This paper chooses the Poskam County of Kashi area as the survey and empirical investigation on the influence of organizational communication on rural cultural life,through statistical analysis of survey data and empirical data,an objective description of the economic,political,cultural and social status in rural areas of the southern ethnic minorities.At the same time our country national minority culture policy,regional resources of national culture as a reference according to the relevant information,using the basic theory and method of organizational communication,the empirical data obtained from the survey data based on the current situation of the cultural life in minority areas were analyzed,to explore the influence of organizational communication on the southern rural cultural life.Summarize the existing problems,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of strengthening and improving the rural areas of the local cultural life work.Through the analysis of the status quo of the cultural activities of farmers in Zepu County,this study finds that the farmers in southern Xinjiang know less about the organization's cultural activities,although there is a strong desire to participate,but the actual participation is very few.Secondly,this study finds that organizational communication plays an important role in farmers' participation in organizational cultural activities as the main way of disseminating information in rural cultural life in rural areas of southern Xinjiang.Organizational communication is the source and way of getting social support when farmers face cultural problems.The communication frequency of the organization has a decisive effect on the cultural life of the peasants,and the cultural awareness and participation of the peasants are influenced by the spread of the organization to a certain extent.
