Research On Long-effect Mechanism Of Jobs In Undergraduate Party Building In The Perspective Of Organizational Communication

During the new period, the construction of the communist Party of China affects the fates of our Party and country. The things about how to build the Party, how to choose the kind of Party are important problems. The grass-roots Party organizations are the foundation of Party working and fighting capacity, and the thing that promoting the innovation of the grass-roots Party has always been important experience. Jobs in undergraduate Party building are not only the important contents of grass-roots Party organizations in colleges, but also are the main position of ideological and political education work. The stability and the long-effect mechanism about jobs in undergraduate Party building have influence on the stability and healthy growth of college students directly. We can not make a cart behind closed doors during studying the jobs in undergraduate Party building. It is very important for us to understand the nature of the Party organization as a social and political organization, and apply scientific research methods to solve the related issues considering the special situation about China and the Party. Applying the related disciplines to the research about jobs in undergraduate Party building helps to solve the complex problems which can not be solved by a single discipline through the interdisciplinary research methods.Globalization brings the meeting of economy, politics, culture in different countries and causes the thing that consciousness conflicts have important influence on youth groups in China with the support of information technology. College Students Party building work has met new problems with the education system reform of colleges and Universities and the change of post-90 s college students groups. Such as the thing that college Party organization system is not perfect, the unbalance development of Party members structure, The weak quality, the thing that the effects of the education of Party members becomes weaker and weaker, the lax of Party member management, lacking of organizational communication and so on. The thing that how to improve the work of Party building for college students, and strengthen cohesive force and fighting capacity of undergraduate Party, and make full use of the role of undergraduate Party has been a major topic of undergraduate Party building work. It is too hard to build the innovation mechanism of undergraduate Party construction if only use a single subject research alone. The paper studies the problems about the communication failure and lack of system with the development of Party members by the effective organizational information communication, analyzing the problems about the imbalance and weakness of the education and management of Party members by member roles in organizational communication network, considering the problems about the absence of communication mechanism of undergraduate Party organization by adopting organizational communication channel theory, studying the problems about the public opinion guidance of the undergraduate Party building work by using informal organizational communication theoryThis paper analyzes the theory of organizational communication and undergraduate Party building work, which is the premise and foundation of the combination between organizational communication and undergraduate Party building work. This paper discusses the long-term mechanism of undergraduate Party building work from the perspective of organizational communication, which is good to strengthen the vitality of undergraduate Party, expand the attraction, cohesion and influence, and making undergraduate Party building work met the needs of universities, and improving undergraduates’ ideological and political education work, in order to train qualified builders and reliable successors for the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and to consolidate foundation in youth for the Party.
