Research Of The Risk Communication Model Of Emergent Environmental Events Based On Early Warning Stage

China is a country with a huge population.In recent years,China is along with the rapid economic development,People's lives become fast and convenient,and the quality of life has improved.Meanwhile,some places uncontrolled exploited resources and reckless developed economic,which lead to the environmental threats become increasingly prominent.Many provinces occur environmental emergencies,so that result in a unprecedented environmental pressure.At the same time,these environmental emergencies seriously affected local people,some even threatened their lives.All these caused people psychological panic and huge economic losses.In order to identify environmental emergency warning information,control the whole situation,to and reduce economic losses and casualties.The government is particularly urgent to establish environmental emergency risk communication model.This thesis focuses on the environmental emergency risk communication mode,which divided into five parts:Part 1: Introduction,this part analysis the difference between risk communication and crisis communication,described the background and significance of topics,risk communication research status,research contents,research methods and research ideas.Part 2: this part is about theories of environmental emergency risk First,the basic theory of risk communication.Second,Partition paths of model,and make a description of risk communication problems,which help the follow research.Part 3: this parts talk about how to design the model,which is also the key point of this thesis.I describe the importance of early warning stage sudden environmental emergencies risk communication,use the "11.22 Qingdao pipeline explosion" as example.Mainly from the investigation and analysis of environmental emergencies,the participants analysis,the communication programs,the risk communication effect's feedback and other aspects to expatiate construction of the model.Part 4: The protection measures of the risk communication model,I put forward six safeguards based on the situation of China.
