The urban environment is closely related to the quality of life of the masses.The comprehensive administrative law enforcement bureau has played an important role in improving the urban environment,and its efficiency and quality of service have attracted wide attention of the whole society.In recent years,due to the administrative enforcement of law enforcement personnel more and more job satisfaction is not high,which affects the work efficiency and service quality,give people the inconvenience and disadvantage,caused many adverse social impact,therefore,caused by the government and the community wide attention,and look forward to explore an effective way to solve the problem.This paper takes Zhejiang province C County Bureau of comprehensive administrative enforcement of law enforcement personnel as the research object,in-depth study of comprehensive administrative law enforcement bureau and the characteristics of the work in law enforcement official job satisfaction questionnaire,and analyze the internal reasons of low work satisfaction of civil servants law enforcement C County Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau,and the next step how to improve the C County comprehensive administrative law enforcement bureau put forward the relevant suggestions of job satisfaction of Civil Servants Law enforcement.This paper introduces the background and significance of the study,and on the basis of reading a lot of reference literature,questionnaire survey,statistical analysis and other methods,using the related theories of job satisfaction and incentive mechanism,working characteristics of C,County Bureau of comprehensive administrative enforcement law enforcement official job satisfaction and the effects on the C County Comprehensive Administration Law Enforcement Bureau of civil servants' job satisfaction in the factor analysis,through the analysis found that increasing job satisfaction is the core factor in job performance of civil servants to increase C County Bureau of comprehensive administrative enforcement,and the incentive mechanism by C County Bureau of comprehensive administrative enforcement has important influence on the job satisfaction of civil servants in law enforcement.Finally,from the point of view of improving incentive mechanism,the author puts forward specific measures to improve the job satisfaction of public servants in C comprehensive administrative law enforcement bureau.For example,continuously improve the comprehensive law enforcement environment,people-oriented,improve the performance appraisal fair,detailed promotion system,achieve the servantvirtuously only,the creation of the exchange of cadres training opportunities,stimulate learning motivation,strengthen rewards and punishments,etc.to do,through the above measures,and constantly improve the C County Bureau of comprehensive administrative enforcement in law enforcement official the staff satisfaction,and improve the ruling ability,enhance the community confidence in the work of the government.
