The people are the creators of history,the talent is the first resource of economic and social development.At the beginning of 1970 s and 1980 s,with the vigorous development of new scientific and technological revolution,globalization is more profound influence on the world.Then,the great reformer Deng Xiaoping pointed out that "China's development is inseparable from the world." Under his personal guidance and design,after the Third Plenary Session of the11 th Central committee of the Communist Party of China,our country embarked on a new path of reform and opening up.In the practice of reform and opening up,Deng Xiaoping realize the issue of technical backwardness and talent shortage in China.So he repeatedly stressed the need to "respect knowledge,respect talent," and put forward the thought of "To manage successfully the affairs of state,the key is in people".In addition,the problem of talent standard has been politicized in personnel management system,personnel training management simplification,talent use management directional,ossified personnel incentive management and others caused by Cultural Revolution were very serious,so he proposed to reform outdated personnel system.From a large number of documents and speeches of Deng Xiaoping,and other scholars' research on Deng Xiaoping,this article from the view of globalization,aim at the thought of talent management of Deng Xiaoping with an organization,abundant,reasonable summation,generalize his thought of talent selection for globalization,talent cultivation aim at globalization,talent use follow the globalization,talent incentive connect with globalization,adapt to the globalization of talent competition and talent flow.Through analysis of his talent management thought deeply,find out that Deng Xiaoping's talent management thought has the characteristics of humanization,institutionalization and scientific.Undoubtedly,Deng Xiaoping's thought of talent management and practice of talent management not only played an important role in the development of China's talent team construction and national development,but also provide experience of reform the personnel system for several generations of national leaders after Deng Xiaoping.Furthermore,the article is based on the thought of talent selection management,personnel training management,talent use management,personnel incentive management and talent flow management,discuss in depth of the state leaders Jiang Zemin,Hu Jintao,Xi Jinping inherit and develop from Deng Xiaoping's thought of talent management,showing the same origin and development in thought of Sinicized Marxism talent management.Deng Xiaoping's thought on talent management is a long and profound guide for talent management in our country.Under its guidance,our country gained the great success on talent management,but still have some prominent issues and deep-rooted problems.Our country is in the opening year of " The 13 th Five-year Plan ",implement the strategic blueprint of "FourComprehensives","Five concepts for development" and enhance the international status,right to speak of the country will desperately needs a large number of excellent talents.The time call us to build a huge efficient organization team,therefore,it is needed to cultivate innovative talents in the field of science and key areas,focus on improve the use efficiency of talents,ready for addition of talents.Meanwhile,through the implementation of personnel incentive measures to enhance attractive to curb the talent "subtraction" and develop the best comparative advantage of the talent competition.
