Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Actual Combat Training For The Police Of Grass-roots Public Security Bureaus

With the rapid development of society,all kinds of social problems and contradictions have been increasingly prominent in recent years,leading to a gradually complex situation of social security and the frequent occurrence of various cases.Therefore,higher demand is made on the police.However,some cases with major consequences are caused by improper law enforcement as grass-roots front-line police have a low level of law enforcement in real life.The significance of studying police actual combat training is mainly reflected in three aspects: Firstly,it is conducive t o summing up the valuable experience of police actual combat training in China more comprehensively and systematically;secondly,it can better apply the research achievements of police actual combat training to guide the practice of police actual combat t raining;thirdly,it helps to form and develop police actual combat training with Chinese characteristics.Starting from the current situation of law enforcement training and based on the importance of practical significance of actual combat training,this paper combines with a large number of successful and failure cases of actual combat training to study the current situations and countermeasures of police actual combat training and aims to find effective ways to actually improve the actual combat skills of grass-roots police through a more scientific way of actual combat training and a more profound understanding of training.This paper takes Public Security Bureau of W District as the main research object,combines with the current situation of police actual combat of grass-roots police in Chongqing and conducts an in-depth analysis on the current situation and existing problems of police actual combat training.In the meanwhile,this paper proposes to achieve the goal of exercising public power rationally and normatively for people's police,build the instructor system of police actual combat training,follow the formation rule of skills and tactics and carry out police actual combat training hierarchically,and increases countermeasures and suggestions on foreign in-depth learning and exchange.
