Research On Police Shooting Training Guided By The Needs Of Actual Combat Under The New Situation

For a long time,as a special law enforcement force in China,the police has been carrying heavy loads in maintaining national security and social order.Busy,high-pressure and dangerous work has become an important feature of the police profession in peacetime.According to the ministry of public security,after the implementation of the reform and opening up,the number of police sacrifice for public service has increased sharply in China,and the interests of police security and law enforcement have been seriously threatened.Therefore,it has become one of the important issues to avoid unnecessary casualties of police by taking active measures to ensure the maximum protection of police from illegal acts.This paper puts forward the viewpoint of carrying out police shooting training based on actual combat needs,tries to further improve the theoretical knowledge structure,at the same time,discusses the specific countermeasures of strengthening shooting skills training,so as to continuously improve the police's ability to use guns in law enforcement,with a view to benefit the police shooting training in China.This paper discusses,analyzes and studies the main problems and their causes in the shooting training in China by using the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,case analysis and data statistics,and puts forward some Suggestions and countermeasures for shooting training.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which contains the purpose and significance of the research,the research status at home and abroad,the research methods,and the innovation points and difficulties.The second part is the relevant theory of shooting training,differentiating the concept of shooting training based on actual combat needs and expounding its characteristics.The third part is the current situation of police shooting training at home and abroad.The fourth part is the problems existing in the police shooting training in China,and analyzes the reasons.In the fifth part,the author insists on the problem orientation and puts forward the countermeasures to develop the police shooting training according to the actual situation.Therefore,this paper put forward practical need oriented training of police shooting point of view,and is intended to further perfect the theory of knowledge structure at the same time,explore the public security organ department actual guiding the participation training officers to carry out the shooting skills training,the effective ways to help the police shooting training in China,so as to improve the police actual combat ability with a gun.
